In-Person and Online Support Groups
A wide variety of support groups are available. These are free, safe and confidential groups that meet in-person or online in a safe, secure environment.
The support groups listed below meet monthly and offer empathy, encouragement, support, coping skills and understanding.

Description: A supportive, safe space of healing for women who have/are survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
Support groups help individuals feel less alone and judged, fostering a sense of belonging and connection with others who share similar experiences.
Support groups can help individuals build and strengthen their social support networks, which is crucial for mental well-being.
Participants can connect with others who have faced similar challenges, leading to a sense of understanding and validation.
